Dynamic Band Training Variations You Can Try
Today, I’ve got a quick post for you, sharing some Dynamic Band Training that I tried out recently. I really enjoyed them, so I thought they might be good things for you to try if you’re looking to mix things up.
Curls with Weights Hanging from Bands
First up is curling weights that are suspended from bands. What a great contraction in the biceps, and an excellent pump!
Presses with Bambooish Bar
Somewhere along the lines I landed this replica of a Bamboo Bar. I don’t know why I don’t use it more often, because it feels great. Not the exact same thing, but offers a similar challenge. With about 50% of the weight I generally use, I was able to give my joints a much needed break while getting an even better pump, I’d say.
On this day, we hit 3 sets of Flat Bench, 3 sets of Incline Bench and 3 sets of Standing Press. Like I said, it was a fantastic pump. I’ll definitely be using more of this in the coming weeks, sprinkled in like special seasoning.
