    i have some CoC grippers. in their site and in some CoC fans site they say we should train 3*5 like maximal strength training. however, forearms and grip is more influenced by high rep i think. what are your advices? maybe high reps (like 2*20 1*25) with a lighter crusher and 3*5 reps with the hardest Gripper?
