Complete Devastation of the Inch Dumbbell
One of the main things I’ve been focusing on for the last few months has been the Inch Dumbbell.
Specifically, I want to Clean the Inch Dumbbell.
As a result, since the late summer, I have put in countless hours, building thick bar strength.
I haven’t uploaded everything I’ve done with the Inch.
Honestly, I have a back-log of feat footage that I may never catch up on.
I thought for sure I’d reach that feat this year, with the progress I was making, but my injured right ring finger did end up holding me back a bit, because of the dynamic nature of the clean.
So in the meantime, I’ve been trying to add as much weight to the Inch Dumbbell, do as many combo feats, and bring up my strength on many other similar thick bar implements that have proven to be beneficial for my Inch strength in the past.
Here’s some of the things I’ve been working on and actually uploaded…
Inch Dumbbell Plus 2x50lb Scale Weights
Inch Dumbbell Reps for 10 Minutes
I also found out I may have the opportunity to try my hand at a Millennium Dumbbell in the upcoming months, so I’ve also begun training for that the best I can.
One way I’m doing so is with my 2.5-inch plate loadable dumbbell.
Millennium Dumbbell Trainer
I am very thankful for how training is going.
I honestly feel, in the next few months if I stay on this track, the Inch Clean will be mine, and I’ll have a good chance at a Millennium lift.
Stay tuned for more developments as I work toward these goals.
Thanks and all the best in your training.
