Training at John Alvino’s
After the first day at the Fast Track seminar, several of us went to John Alvino’s Gym and trained. It was a great time. It was hot as hell inside and everything was slick and greasy! Finally we busted out the chalk and made everything a dusty white! Just how I like it.
In this clip you’ll see some crazy one leg squats, pull-ups plus weight, rope climbing, mace swinging and hammer levering.
