Awesome Day Here at the Gym Yesterday

Hey everybody. Jedd here.

Hopefully some of you got the chance to catch our live UStream Feed yesterday from my Garage Gym here in PA. The gym’s been finished since April, but we haven’t been able to schedule anything where all the guys could make it down until now.

Smitty, Eli, Brad and Brian all made it down. Also Joe Hashey and his brother Pat came down.

We started our squats about 9:30. Even early in the morning it was already hot in the garage. Eli went through like a half dozen shirts I think. We squatted outside the cage with spotters. It was nice having people there to spot me. It gave me more confidence considering the back tweaks I have been having. I actually loaded the bar up to 315 to feel the weight again. We did an intermediate stance, not narrow high bars, but not wide sumo stance with the bar lower either. It was in the middle and felt pretty good.

New Garage Gym is Complete

I am happy to announce that my new garage gym is complete. Check out this video for a quick tour of the new facility.

I have had several workouts in this facility and let me tell you – it is SSSSOOOOOOOOOO nice to be able to do overhead work. The near 10-foot ceiling is great. With the weather breaking, I have also been able to do plenty of prowler work. Been jumping rope each day and have been hitting tons of grip. It has been great.

Look for an upcoming UStream with several dudes over here in the gym training the grip big time!

New Gym Update 3

New Garage Gym Update 2

Things are coming along nicely with the garage gym.

I couldn’t bring myself to scrape anymore on the one wall. I was just inhaling too much dust. The wall looks awesome now, though. You’ll see it in the next video.

Already have a ton of people emailing me to come train at the new facility. It’s going to be awesome!

My New Garage Gym

I have been extremely busy working on my new garage gym!

In November, we hired a contractor to start an addition on our house. It’s all finished now, except for the gym.

With the contractor pulling up stakes, it’s become time for me to take over.

I have been a working fool for the last 3 weekends, but the hard work is paying off! One weekend, Eli even came down and helped me for several hours to work on it! Thanks man!

I took some video clips of how it is all progressing, and the first video is ready.

Look for much more to come. This place is going to be awesome and I am going to be putting out LOTS MORE VIDEOS!
