Strength and Conditioning at New Mexico State

Good Stuff.
I like the coach’s hands-on attitude.
Lots of good strength training means incorporated in the program:
- kettlebells
- power ropes
- sleds
- jammers
- taking the weight room out to the field

That video is certainly a breath of fresh air. Its awesome to see a Strength coach with an overall concern for the Football players as healthy and productive athletes.
