Sean Sparandero is shown above in a pulling workout with his partner on his “all purpose Glute-Ham Rasie.” At an even 3 bills, (300 lbs) Sean will be competing at the Beast of the East II in Bellmare, NJ and is shooting for his Pro Card. He says he is heavily influenced by Westside, Metal Militia and the Diesel Crew, and has also excelled at nail bending in the past.
