Amazing life and man. Was reading a bunch of quotes from him today. He had it right waaaay before everyone else and most still dont get it.

Dang straight! I was just talking to my mom about him the other day…I’m always trying to get her & dad to be more physically active and this guy was a great example to point to.

I was doing push ups on chairs at 5 because of Jack! Love his diet advice “If it tastes good spit it out”! I hope to knock out head stand push ups into my 70’s like him! RIP JACK!

was looking at some of his old videos on another website and the things he said back in the day are still true. Even with all the gains in knowledge of the human body, his advice is still correct. Eat vegetables and protien. Keep food simple.
And the world he describes is sounds a lot like ours today, in regards to the state of the population. I doubt it wasn’t as bad then as it was now though.

I should be so lucky to live 96 years. This man lived his life fully as a fitness master. He will be sorely missed.
