You might not want to go around licking handrails unless you want to get EXTREMELY OBESE!
Or you could just eat 6-7 small meals a day with a balance of protein, carbs and good fats, and workout regularly.
This news story is ridiculous. As GSP demonstrated this past weekend, HARD WORK PAYS OFF. If you want to lose weight, you have to be consistent.
