Frequently Asked Question 3:
What happened to Building the Ultimate MMA Athlete (BTUMA), your original manual?

Answer: Blunt Force Trauma is the 3rd, Updated edition of BTUMA. I have updated and expanded the original manual over the last 3 years and NOW IT IS HUGE, over 800 pages of quality content.

Frequently Asked Question 4:
Are there workouts and conditioning routines?

Answer: Of course, there are tons of conditioning circuits and strength training workouts throughout the manual. But the best thing is that I show you how to lay out the programs and how to modify the conditioning routines according to your fighter's, grappler's or wrestler's specific needs.
