Men’s Fitness and Experience Life Magazines

I also was published in the May issue of Experience Life. I talked about core training and how improperly executed yoga asanas promote mobility in the lower lumbar, an area that requires stability.
I did an audio interview for the magazine and they used the transcript for a core article.
The article stated “Back pain and disc damage can also result from overextending or twisting the lumbar spine during exercise (think rotating medicine-ball throws)”.
The reference should state “Back pain and disc damage can also result from overextending or twisting the lumbar spine during exercise (think improperly executing rotating medicine-ball throws)”.
Both references are great and I am very humbled.
