Mark Felix – 429 lbs One Hand Deadlift
Mark Felix is recovering from a serious biceps tear and has been keeping a video diary of his recovery. One of his latest videos is amazing – 429-lbs in the one hand deadlift.
This is a tremendous feat of grip strength. the most I have ever seen done is around 350-lbs, and the most I have done is in the neighborhood of 330, I think. If you have kept up with my blog, you know that Mark Felix was also the first athlete to lift 300-lbs in the Rolling Thunder last year. Crazy stuff!
