Kids and Training

I have been training my daughters in the recent months.  They have been doing all of the basics:

  • Squats
  • Military Press
  • Sit-ups
  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups

They love being out in the gym with me and they like accomplishing their personal goals.

I found two amazing videos of this young man, getting started on his way to becoming fit and healthy.
