		<description>In the pictures the only comment I have is the head seems to be a more neutral position. I have done 650 in comp and 670 in training at 181. (IPA) I think having the head up about 4 inches from the neutral position and focused on a fixed object will keep the chest high. Everything else mentioned is spot on and keep the front of the shoulders behind the bar.

I push maybe 80-90 on bench and i am a decent size. I think you guys are monsters. hehe. Any how, I&#039;ll be using this in my workouts and pass it on to those i regularly advise.
