    Back when I was young and dumb and full of stuff, I didn’t drink enough, consequently I got kidney stones which are more painful than child birth (so I was reliably informed by the nurse who was trying to take my mind of the barbed wire trying to exit my urethra). If hypo-naetremia is a concern then just add a pinch of good quality sea or rock salt to your bottle. You should only add enough so as not to be able to taste it but it will stop you drowning your cells.
