    Hi Jedd,

    I could only fill out one point after another.
    But to see the whole picture:
    At grip strenght i´m not focusing on one special thing.
    I´m trying to get better in horseshoe bending, nail bending, lifting blobs, inch dumbells and of course grippers 😉

    I would like to get certified on the red nail this year and for next year the COC Nr.3 would be cool 😉

    So i do more or less all the things 😉
