Finally…Functional Training!

Are you kidding me?

Excuse me, I just threw up in my mouth a little. This is what’s wrong with the industry. Hopefully all trainers at this point understand this movement is ridiculous and pointless. Unless your ultimate goal is to break your ass.

    WTF? someone needs to throw that guy of the train at the next stop!! lol. btw…the chaos training manual is awesome! i also just got the dvd. I was very impressed! it was worth every penny!

    what haven’t you guys seen the newest sport being added to the Olympic weight lifting roster, the swissball power squat… Damn ‘fictional trainers’ need to be beat with those rubber coat weights that are everywhere at their ‘globo tech’ gyms for sissy’s

    Holy crap! Its rare I see something training wise that makes my jaw drop but this sure did. Somebody is gonna get hurt for sure. ( hopefully the trainer not the trainee ) That guy needs a swift kick in the satchel.
