		<description>I was finally able to try the plank 2.0 at the gym on Monday. They really add up quickly; the first few &quot;trips&quot; on the band I used were easy. By the end it was pretty hellish. It was a great challenge, and I look forward to working up to a stronger band. Thanks for thinking this one up.</description>

How might you perform a &quot;Plank 2.0&quot; when you don&#039;t have access to a glute-ham raise? Is there a way to upright in a vertical position and still activate the appropriate muscles?</description>
