		<description>I trained with richard in the 70s at the downtown ymca in cola. sc. istill remember the rigorous workouts he put us through then. when you talk with him again remember to ask about him winning the strongest man in the swamp lift in sally sc. At 51 i still have a very strong grip,still in good shape and attribute richards training for it. thanks jim walker</description>
