		<description>Set-up whatever you want on each end of a football field: weights, kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, odd objects, jump rope, sparring partner, body weight, sledge, car to push etc...  Do whatever on one end, sprint to other side do whatever sprint back, and repeat.  Keep going back and fourth.  You get the idea.</description>
