Introducing The BULL RINGS...

Fellow Grip Strength Fanatics,

A couple questions for you...

1) Do you get bored of working the extensors the same way all the time, with elastic band resistance?

2) Have you ever noticed that most Hub Devices are the same size, and aren't even shaped like today's plate hubs?

Then I've got some GOOD NEWS for you...

The Dual Functions of Bull Rings
Solve Both These Issues For You

At the Same Time

Function #1 - Extensor Training

We all know how important it is to work the extensors on a regular basis.

By training the extensors, the muscles on the back of the forearm that open the hands and extend the wrist back, we can maintain better strength balance on both sides of the lower arm.

Strengthening the extensors also helps keep away debilitating forearm and elbow pain, keeping your training progress going in the right direction all the time.

Unfortunately, until now, extensor work has mainly involved lots of repetitions using elastic bands.

While that training method is effective, it gets boring doing the same thing all the time, AND it's hard to tell if you're making any real progress.

Now, you can work the extensor muscles the same way you work everything else - with progressive resistance!

The Bull Rings are the only equipment on the market that allow you to train the extensor muscles with actual weight lifting plates so you can truly see how much force you're producing.

No more endless repetitions with rubber bands.

No more guessing how strong your extensor muscles are.

The iron never lies! Slip your hand into the Bull Ring and stand up - It's as SIMPLE as that!

Been neglecting your extensor work because it's so boring? Not anymore - now you're gonna be lifting weights just like you would a Rolling Thunder or any other loading pin grip training method.

Is a messed up elbow or high forearm pain holding you back in your grip training? Attack the source of the pain by strengthening the extensors with Bull Rings, and watch your grip strength start going up again.

And that's not the only way Bull Rings will change the way you train your Grip.

Function #2 - Wide Shallow Hub Training

Bull Rings also allow you to functionally train your Hub Lifting strength.

A widely recognized oldtime strongman feat is lifting a 45-lb plate by the center hub using only pinching grip strength.

To train for this feat of grip strength, there are many different Hub trainers out there.

Unfortunately, you'll see right away that most conventional hub lifting devices don't match the size and shape of modern day plates.

Today's hub trainers generally measure roughly 3" inches wide and 1.5" inches high, although some are shorter than others.

Well, how often do you run across plates with hubs that size?

I've got news for you - they're getting rarer and rarer all the time.

The fact is, most plates these days have hubs that are more like 4" to 5.5" inches wide and less than 1" high.

When's the last time you saw someone lift one of those by the hub? Probably never, right?

Bull Ring hub dimensions are 4 inches and 5 inches wide, and the gripping surface is right around 1" high, meaning they are closest in size to the low-profile plate hubs that you'll encounter in the gym.

This means the Bull Rings match modern day lifting plates much more closely.

In Summary, Bull Rings allow you to do 2 things in your training you were never able to do before:
  • Now you can train the extensors with progressive resistance, by attaching your Bull Ring to a loading pin
  • And, you can train for hub lifting strength in a way that actually matches today's thinner 45lb plates

Pick up your Bull Rings today, and start training your grip in ways that were never possible before.

Competition Hand Size Considerations

For competitions, if your hands measure longer than 7.75," you must use the 5" Bull Ring. If your hands measure 7.75" or less, you have the option of using the 4" or 5" Bull Ring.

For Hub training, you should use the Bull Ring that more closely matches the size of the 45lb plate hub that you're training to lift.

Thanks for your support, and all the best in your training!
