Joe Hashey just told me that he’s having a sale on his Bull Strength manual today because it is his birthday.  I edited the manual and let me tell you, I haven’t seen anything like it.  Very innovative and a ton of important information for building real world strength.

I know what you’re saying, another freaking strength manual?!  Yes, but this one is different, it is not the same old BS in a different format.  It is a completely new way of looking at strength training.
