Bad Diet and No Activity
Physical Education taken out of the schools, too much time on the Xbox and a bad diet. Sounds like a recipe for success…if the goal is being overweight and feeling terrible all day.
Kids need to get out and run around. Participate is a wide variety of sports (early specialization will lead to burn out and non-comprehensive skill development). The example starts at home. If your kids aren’t active, look to yourself and what you’re doing.
